From these comparables and a personal consultation with one of our staff, a range of value for your property can be estimated and the county assessed value either supported or contested.
Then if a full appraisal is needed for a more precise valuation, a full appraisal can be ordered and the original fee deducted from the cost. In this way you are not paying for something you don't need and your monetary output is minimal.
